We hope that you are delighted with your order but we understand that there may be an occasion where you will need to return something to us. If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it, if in its original condition and within 14 days, to the seller at the address on your returns form for a full refund (excluding the original delivery fees).

Please note: we do not offer a free returns service. Please arrange a return at your local post office.

Please carefully review the exclusions that apply to the returns policy as follows:

  • Personalised and made to order items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • All Items must be checked upon receipt of delivery. If there are any breakages, defects or discrepancies you must notify us within 24 hours. We are unable to replace or refund any items if we are not notified within this time.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Items not returned in their original packaging will not be refunded.
  • You are responsible for packaging the return appropriately. Any items which arrive back broken due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
  • The direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. We are unable to refund you for your postage costs.
  • When returning your item, you must obtain proof of postage. We are not able to be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Refunds can only be processed when the request to return is made within 14 days from the receipt of delivery.
  • A credit note will be issued if the request to return is made after 14 days from receipt of delivery.
  • All returns must be received by FurniWrap within 30 days from receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund.
  • We cannot accept exchanges.

 

REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK

You must pay any import duties that may apply when returning items from another country.

FurniWrap cannot pay for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be credited to your card.

All orders (including overseas orders) will be refunded in GBP Sterling, within 48 hours of receipt of your return.

Refunds may take up to 5 days to clear in your account. FurniWrap cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in exchange rates and consequent loss of currency as a result. We would ask our customers to consider this before placing any overseas orders.

PRODUCT USE

The selection of products on our site are intended for use in a domestic environment and are not certified for commercial use. We guarantee your rights strictly in line with the Sale of Goods and Services Act 1982 but this excludes any guarantee of lasting condition if the product is used for commercial purposes. By using a product outside of the uses intended as sold our returns policy cannot apply.

HOW TO CANCEL OR RETURN YOUR ORDER:

  1. Get in Touch: Let us know that you wish to cancel your order by emailing us at furniwrap@gmail.com and we will provide you with the returns address.
  2. Package the item: Send the item back to FurniWrap at the returns address provided by us within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product - in its original packaging. (We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage.) Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
  3. We will process your refund: We will process the refund directly to your original means of payment, within 14 days after the day the product is received by FurniWrap.

 

Please don’t throw away any product, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to FurniWrap and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to FurniWrap).
